Enrollment

Free Class & Class Usage

  • All students get 1 FREE first class for every activity.

  • After the first class, every class is treated as a paid class.

  • For group classes, payment is based on bulk enrollment, not per class.

Attendance & Class Rules

  • Minimum 90% monthly attendance is required to move to the next level or to see consistent learning progress.

  • Missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next month. There is no rollover.

  • No refunds, rescheduling, fee adjustments, or compensatory classes for student absence.

  • If a compensatory class is arranged by Skill-Ed:

    • The learner must attend at the given date & time.

    • No rescheduling is possible.

    • If the learner still cannot attend, the class is considered voluntarily missed.

Medical Absence Rules (Group Classes)

  • On medical grounds, maximum 2 classes can be adjusted per month.

  • Adjustment is allowed only when valid medical proof is submitted.

Uniform Policy (Mandatory from Academic Year 2024-25)

  • Students must wear:

    • Black plain collared T-shirt + full trousers, or

    • Official Skill-Ed Uniform

  • Uniform availability:

    • One set: ₹800

    • Delivery time: 20 days

  • Different uniforms exist for Tuitions, Dance, Martial Arts, Zumba & other activities.

Welcome Back Kit

  • Optional Welcome Back Kit available at ₹1000.

  • Includes: Bag + Activity-specific learning kit.

Support & Communication

  • Expected call-back time (TAT): 10 minutes to 6 hours, depending on support team availability.

  • Support hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

  • Outside these hours, you may get a call/WhatsApp between 8 AM – 10 PM.

  • Skill-Ed follows a PAY & USE system.

  • Students choose a membership and use classes within that period.

Redeemable Points System

  • For every payment you make, you earn ₹100 worth of redeemable points.

  • Points can be collected and used at the "Stationery & Learning Kit Centre" supported by startup entrepreneurs.

  • Points can be redeemed by parents or children.

Referral Program

  • Refer & Earn ₹100 to ₹500 per successful referral enrollment.

Payment Rules for Group Classes

  • Payment cannot be made based on the number of classes attended.

  • Group students receive bulk and group discounts, so per-class billing is not offered.
