Role Purpose

Work directly with the Founder to expand Skill-Ed's visibility, influence, partnerships, and community presence. The role focuses on building meaningful collaborations that create opportunities for students while positioning Skill-Ed and its Founder as respected leaders in education, youth development, music, sports, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs, churches, apartment communities, clubs, and institutions.

  • Develop CSR and sponsorship partnerships.

  • Identify collaboration opportunities for new programs and community initiatives.

Founder Positioning

  • Secure speaking engagements, panel discussions, podcasts, interviews, and media features.

  • Identify award and recognition opportunities.

  • Build the Founder's professional network.

Community Engagement

  • Organize parent forums, youth summits, career guidance sessions, music festivals, talent shows, leadership workshops, and community events.

  • Develop long-term partnerships with local communities.

Public Relations

  • Coordinate with local media and community publications.

  • Draft partnership proposals and presentations.

  • Build relationships with influencers and community leaders.

Project Management

  • Manage collaboration pipelines.

  • Track meetings and follow-ups.

  • Prepare reports and partnership updates.

KPIs

  • New partnerships signed.

  • Speaking engagements secured.

  • CSR collaborations.

  • Community events conducted.

  • Sponsorships generated.

  • Media coverage achieved.

  • Growth in strategic network.

Preferred Experience

3–8 years in Partnerships, CSR, PR, Business Development, Events, or Community Engagement.
