Skill-Ed is excited to introduce a special Chess Learning Program for young learners below 12 years of age, led by our very own student leaders who have participated in and won school-level chess competitions.
This program is designed to introduce children to the basics and fundamentals of chess in a fun, friendly, and child-centric learning environment.

At Skill-Ed, we believe that children learn exceptionally well from those they can relate to.
Our student leaders are young chess enthusiasts who have themselves participated in school-level competitions. By teaching younger learners, they not only help children develop an interest in chess but also build their own:

This initiative allows our young leaders to learn by teaching, while younger children get an opportunity to learn chess in a comfortable and relatable environment.
🏆 Quality Coaching at a More Affordable Price
Professional chess coaching from experienced and high-quality coaches can typically cost approximately ₹4,500 per month for around 4 hours of training.
At Skill-Ed, our senior chess coaches and mentors work with learners aged 12 years and above, including learners aspiring to develop their competitive chess skills.
For younger children below 12 years, we have introduced this Student Leader Chess Initiative.

Children get a structured introduction to chess at approximately & even lesser than 50% of the usual coaching fee, while our student leaders gain valuable leadership experience.

This is not a replacement for advanced professional chess coaching.
Instead, it is an excellent starting point for young children who:

As children grow in interest and ability, they can gradually progress to more advanced training under experienced chess coaches and mentors.
